Kinetic Potential Energy Song

Here is a fantastic old song about kinetic and potential energy.  Enjoy.  It's appropriate for elementary school science class. I think it pretty much teaches the lesson. But of course, teaching the lesson is not enough, students must also learn it. Many  teachers enjoy showing examples of potential energy such as:

1. A rubber band pulled taught and ready to shoot
2. A chair held over a student's head (NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!)
