When he was a kid he had the game of Cootie, and when I was old enough..my brother's Cootie game was passed down to me. I used to love playing with it. But..here's the thing..it was not made of plastic..it was made of wood. All of the pieces..legs and all..were wood. It most likely was made in the 40s if he got it brand new. Or..it could have been an older game from the 30s that was given to him by someone else. But..either way..I can't seem to find a wooden version of the Cootie game that looked like my brother's game. The pieces were smaller than the plastic version. I saw that Transogram made a wooden Cootie game..but I looked at pics of their game and the pieces looked nothing like my brother's game. The only version where the cooties looked similar to my brother's game was the British version of the game called Beetle. The bugs in Beetle look very similar to my brother's wooden bugs in his Cootie game..but even in Beetle the bugs were made of plastic. My brother's bugs in his Cootie game were definitely wooden..but looked almost exactly like the plastic bugs in Beetle. So..does anyone know what is up?? Why did my brother have a Cootie game with wooden pieces that looked like the bugs in the British version of the game called Beetle? I cannot figure it out..despite really researching the matter. Does anyone know why my brother had wooden Cooties that were from either the 30s or 40s??Jeaniehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06122833924346274799noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3177836936631247789.post-86675712920961261672018-01-30T14:09:02.539-08:002018-01-30T14:09:02.539-08:00I have some an dick mimeograph ink 1777, the numbe...I have some an dick mimeograph ink 1777, the number one the back is 63011.
